Pat started her real estate career as an investor. For the past 28 years she has been purchasing, renovating and selling properties. It was during this period that Pat obtained her license and started working as a Realtor. She has consistently ranked in the Top 10 Listing/Selling Agents in her brokerage firm. Her people skills allow her to continuously meet new people, establish working relationships with other realtors, financial experts, as well as sellers and buyers.
